How do I redeem KingShot gift codes?

Enter your numeric KingShot Player ID on the Code Kraken home page and join the raid. Code Kraken fetches active gift codes and attempts redemption for your account. You can also browse the gift codes page to see what we have on file.

What are KingShot redemption codes?

They are promotional codes the game accepts for in-game rewards. Code Kraken tracks codes from public community sources and tries to redeem them for the Player IDs you register.

How do I get my KingShot player ID?

Open KingShot and find your account or profile screen—the Player ID is the numeric identifier shown there. Enter that number on Code Kraken without spaces. It is the same ID the game uses when you sign in or view your profile.

What is a Kingshot Player ID?

Your Player ID is the in-game identifier used by Kingshot. Code Kraken uses it to look up your account during the redeem flow.

How long does free access last?

Standard access lasts 14 days from the time you join the raid by clicking for treasure.

What do subscribers get?

Subscribers can choose a Stripe plan that covers 1, 4, or 10 Player IDs for the month. For billing or subscription issues, start with the Stripe checkout receipt or customer portal details, then contact Code Kraken support if you get stuck.

How often does Code Kraken redeem codes?

You can trigger it manually, and the fetch-and-redeem workflow runs on its existing cadence when new codes appear.

How do I get support?

Email codekraken [at] solailabs.com.au for Player ID issues, blocked accounts, or general help. For announcements and community chat, join the Code Kraken Discord. For Stripe billing or subscription help, check your Stripe receipt or billing details first, then reach out if you still need a hand.

When does Code Kraken remove inactive players?

Standard-tier player records are removed after 90 days of inactivity, measured from the end of their last active access window.

Who we are

What data we collect and why

When you enter your Kingshot Player ID and request redemption, we store:

  • Your Kingshot Player ID — a numeric in-game identifier. This is a pseudonymous game account reference, not your real name or contact details. Legal basis: performance of the service you requested.
  • Your in-game display name and avatar — fetched from Kingshot's servers during the redemption flow and cached for display on the scoreboard. Your display name is a name you chose within the game; your avatar is typically a shared in-game character image. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the leaderboard feature.
  • Redemption history — a log of which gift codes were attempted for your Player ID and whether they succeeded. Legal basis: legitimate interest in service reliability, error diagnosis, and billing dispute resolution.

If you subscribe via Stripe, Stripe shares a subscription reference ID and customer reference ID with us so we can activate your membership. We do not store your email address, card number, or any payment details — those remain with Stripe.

What we do not collect

We do not collect real names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, IP addresses, or location data.

How we use your data

  • To redeem Kingshot gift codes on your behalf
  • To display the state leaderboard and raid scoreboard
  • To manage your membership access period
  • To diagnose errors and keep the service running reliably

We do not use your data for marketing or advertising.

Who we share data with

  • Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to any data you provide during checkout.
  • Supabase — database hosting. Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. Data may be processed outside Australia.
  • Amazon Web Services (ap-southeast-2 region) — application infrastructure and image storage. AWS infrastructure security standards apply.

We share data with no other third parties.

Data retention

  • Standard (free) tier: player records and redemption history are deleted after 90 days of inactivity, measured from the end of your last active access window.
  • Paid subscribers: player records and redemption history are retained for the duration of the subscription and for 24 months after the subscription ends, then deleted.
  • Stripe subscription records: retained for 7 years to meet Australian financial record-keeping obligations, regardless of deletion requests.

Cookies and local storage

Code Kraken does not set any cookies. The main-page player ID input saves entries in your own browser's local storage only — this data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) and never touches our servers. Player data is stored in a password-protected database on AWS infrastructure.

Children's privacy

Code Kraken is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this service, contact us at codekraken@solailabs.com.au and we will delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about your Player ID
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (see below)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, email codekraken@solailabs.com.au with your Kingshot Player ID. We will respond within 30 days.

For Australian Privacy Act enquiries you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Requesting data deletion

To request deletion of your data, email codekraken@solailabs.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your Kingshot Player ID. We will delete your player record, redemption history, and any cached images within 30 days. Note: Stripe subscription records are retained for 7 years under financial record-keeping law.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Code Kraken you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Code Kraken does

Code Kraken is an independent helper service that monitors publicly available Kingshot gift codes and attempts to redeem them against your Kingshot Player ID on your behalf.

Code Kraken is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Kingshot or Century Games in any way.

Redemption success depends on third-party game servers and APIs outside our control. We do not guarantee that any code will be successfully redeemed. Codes may expire, be region-locked, or be rejected by the game's servers at any time and for any reason.

3. Your obligations

  • Provide Kingshot Player IDs that belong to you, or that you have been authorised to include by the account holder.
  • Use the service in compliance with Kingshot's own terms of service.
  • Do not use the service for fraudulent purposes.

4. Payment and refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select.

Refund policy: if zero gift codes were redeemed for your Player ID during a billing period, you may request a refund of that period's charge by emailing codekraken@solailabs.com.au within 14 days of the period end. If at least one redemption was attempted successfully during the period, no refund is available — the service was delivered as described. Refunds are not available for periods where the service was affected by game-server downtime or API changes outside our control.

To request a refund, email codekraken@solailabs.com.au with your Player ID and the billing period in question.

5. Service availability

Code Kraken is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The service may be affected by Kingshot server changes, Stripe outages, or scheduled maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the billing period in which the claim arose.

We are not liable for: failed redemptions due to game-server issues or API changes; codes expiring before redemption; Stripe or third-party service outages; or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

The Code Kraken service, branding, and code are proprietary to SolAI Labs. Your Kingshot Player ID and in-game data remain yours — we process it only to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You can cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or where the associated Player ID is flagged as invalid or disabled by the game.

On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy above.
